when do we pay?
Payment is required on the day of your session for the actual shoot. Prints/digital files should be paid for at the time of ordering. Reproduction of our images is not permitted until payment is received. We accept personal cheques (up to your guarantee card limit) and most credit/debit cards. If you envisage having shots taken on a regular basis you may want to set up a credit account with ourselves - please get in touch for details.

what's all this about a reproduction licence?
If you buy a print then you are buying a single copy of an image - not the right to copy it many times. You can send a single print to your agent, or to potential agents, but you can't legally reproduce it. As the copyright holders we offer you the ability to buy an unlimited reproduction licence. This allows you (or your agent) to use the image as many times as you want for as long as you want.

will a one hour session be long enough?
For simple head shots, and beginners to modelling, a one hour session is usually adequate. If you need to shoot an entire portfolio in one session, you may need longer! Talk to us first about your requirements, and we can estimate the time required.

how do I get to see my photos?
Your photos will be available to view on a dedicated web page approximately 5-10 days after your modelling session. They will stay on-line for at least four weeks whilst you choose your favourites (and of course, you can pass the web address on to your agent who can help you make your selections).

how long will it take to get my prints?
Usually it takes around two weeks to prepare your order. However, if you have a deadline to meet, please let us know. We can usually hit them!
