Did you know that Paul from Bailey Cooper Photography has been shooting weddings professionally for 17 years.
In 2005 he even co-hosted the Discovery Channel programme "Hotshots" with Amanda Lamb - an episode in which Paul takes three amateur photographers and teaches them how to shoot better wedding photos.

Covering mainly York and Yorkshire, but willing to travel, we are equally at home photographing a traditional church service or modern day civil celebration.

Experience

We’ve been to a lot of celebrations, and this experience - together with the fact that both Paul and Kate are qualified photographers – allows us to create images for you in the most efficient, unobtrusive manner possible. You’ll need to decide on the approach you’d like: Posed images, or completely candid shots (sometimes referred to as ‘reportage’). Or maybe a mixture? Colour? Black & white? Pre-wedding shots? Groups? There’s lots of questions, but don’t worry.... we can help you with the answers.

We are fully qualified members of both the Master Photographer's Association (MPA), and the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP). In fact, we are quite unique in having two photographers that have both been awarded Fellowships by the MPA and BIPP - the pinnacle of photographic qualifications.

The MPA is the UK's only trade body for full time professional photographers whilst the BIPP exists to promote high quality training throughout professional photography.

Membership of both these esteemed organisations offers reassurance to our clients that all assignments will be carried out to exacting professional standards.
